Yoga Beginners Series

Yoga is an excellent way of developing strength and flexibility as well as body awareness…all very important qualities for improving riding and other activities with horses. This 6-week series lays the foundation of pranayama (breath work) and asana (posture) enabling you to develop your own home practice. This is designed for beginners, however, even the experienced yogi will benefit!

*Fee: $75 (includes handouts and use of mats/blankets)

Date: July 8-August 12, Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 pm

Location: Raven's Quest, Tyler, TX

Horsemanship Through The Way Of The Horse

I will travel to Vermont to co-facilitate this three-day workshop, which will look at horsemanship through the eyes of The Epona Approach. Participants will learn the Epona philosophies, and put them into action with the horses. The goal is to walk away with concrete ideas, tools, and insights into how we can effect change in the horse-human relationship.

*Some horse experience necessary.

Dates: August 15-17

Location: Midnight Mountain,  Brookfield, VT
