Between the Worlds, and The Way of the Horse.

Body/Mind/Spirit/Emotions Just as the four
elements of earth, wind, fire, and water create balance in nature, our bodies,
minds, spirits, and emotions work in harmony to create balance in our lives.
As we move through our day-to-day activities, meeting our
responsibilities with work and family, we may find ourselves with deficiencies
in one or all of these areas. This
3-day (non-riding) workshop will bring awareness to imbalances and offer you
tools for developing your body, mind, spirit, and emotions.
Each day will begin with a yoga/tai chi session and proceed with
discussions and activities with the Raven’s Quest herd. Basics of the Epona
Approach will be covered as well as additional information to help you achieve a
balanced life. Guest
