Welcome to Raven’s Quest, LLC - Equine Learning Center, home to the Raven’s Quest herd and Laura (“Lori”) Ulloa, Epona Approved Instructor.

If you’ve read The Tao of Equus or Riding Between the Worlds and are curious about Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning, you’ve come to the right place! Raven's Quest provides a safe and secure environment for learning and growing through the Way of the Horse.  Methods used in workshops and individual sessions are based on those developed by Linda Kohanov and Kathleen Barry Ingram, M.A. of the Epona Center in Sonoita, Arizona.

Perhaps you are a new horse owner in need of guidance.  We also offer workshops and individual instruction on basic horse handling and care.  Years of studying Natural Horsemanship and living with the Raven’s Quest herd have provided many insights into the behaviors and needs of the modern domesticated horse.  Lectures, simulations, and hands on experience with our herd will better prepare you for the journey! 

In addition to equine related activities, Raven’s Quest also offers instruction in Yoga, based on the classical teachings of Sri T. Krishnamacharya as taught by A. G. Mohan of Chennai, South India.  Individual sessions as well as Beginners’ Series are available throughout the year.
